EXPLANATORY NOTE
This enactment would amend the
Railway Safety Act
to ensure equivalence between the French and English versions of paragraph 24(1)(
f
), which relates to restricting access to land on which a railway line is situated. The enactment would also make it a punishable offence to enter on such land.
