SUMMARY

This enactment amends the Navigation Protection Act in order to add the North Thames River, the Middle Thames River and the Thames River to the navigable waters listed in the schedule to that Act.

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

1Part 2 of the schedule to the Navigation Protection Act is amended by adding after item 22 in the columns shown the following:
