THE STANDING JOINT COMMITTEE ON THE LIBRARY OF PARLIAMIENT has the honour to present its THIRD REPORT In accordance with the First Report of the Committee adopted by the Senate on Wednesday, March 11, 2009, Standing Order 108(4)(a) of the Standing Orders of the House of Commons, and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure of the Standing Joint Committee on the Library of Parliament on Tuesday, March 24, 2009, the Committee has studied the operations of the Parliamentary Budget Officer within the Library of Parliament. The findings and recommendations of the Committee are outlined in this report. |
